Hello there, I'm Karin Wilson, and I've been fortunate to call Las Vegas home for over 30 years! I stepped into the exciting world of real estate and became a licensed REALTOR® in 2002, equipped with an extensive background in marketing and construction. What better background to sell real estate? Over the years, I've had the priviledge to acquire invaluable knowledge through my work at local homebuilders and commercial contractors.

This experience has empowered me to successfully negotiate a variety of transactions, such as foreclosures, new homes, investments, short sales, and, of course, traditional home sales. I've had the pleasure of guiding numerous clients, including first-time home buyers, veterans, and investors. I've also managed complex 1031 tax exchanges, further diversifying my portfolio.

During my career, I've earned special designations, like the SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), which enables me to better assist seniors, and the At Home With Diversity (AHWD) certification. I'm also certified with the Home Is Possible (HIP) down payment assistance program, making homeownership a reality for more people.

My roles as Assistant Office Manager at Century 21 and later as Director of Short Sales Department for five offices at Nevada Real Estate Services, have allowed me to fine-tune my negotiation, innovation, and leadership skills. Additionally, I led a nationally and regionally recognized six-person real estate team for many years. My large repeat and referral client base speaks volumes about my dedication and commitment.

Now, after a brief hiatus, I'm excited to dive back into the real estate world, this time with a new mission: to mentor my son, Austin, as he embarks on his own career in real estate. I'm eager to impart the lessons I've learned about the importance of hard work and determination to ensure his success.

When I'm not busy with real estate, you can find me cheering for my favorite professional sports teams. I'm a big fan of football, baseball, and motorsports, with a special love for NASCAR and NHRA. Nothing beats the thrill of a good game or a high-speed race!

My greatest joy is spending time with family and friends. I love traveling, beach outings, and boating on Lake Mead and Lake Havasu. My husband of 25 years, John, has been my rock, and our children, Austin (and his wife, Meghan) and Payton, are the lights of my life.
